ArmInfo. The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, responded to the decision of the Yerevan Civil Court refusing to satisfy the Kocharian's defense against Nikol Pashinyan's claim of honor and dignity, demanding a public apology.

ArmInfo. The third President of Armenia, retired Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, together with his wife Rita Sargsyan, fulfilled their civic duty and refused to talk  with journalists silently leaving the polling station.

ArmInfo. "I congratulate all citizens of Armenia on such a significant day - parliamentary elections. Today, Armenian citizens should decide in which country  they want to live," Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, who voted at  the polling station 9/59, told reporters.

The leader of the election list of the Republican Party, the former head of the  Ministry of Defense Vigen Sargsyan, hopes that by the end of election  day the Armenian society will become more united. "Armenia, which  today is facing such important challenges, simply needs to  consolidate forces. Forming an internal enemy is very dangerous for  us," he told reporters after he voted at the polling station 9/47 in  the center of Yerevan.

At the 88th year, the doctor of medical sciences, professor, honored scientist,  chairman of the Armenian Academy of Surgical Sciences, academician of  the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, honorary member of the  presidium of the Society of Surgeons of Armenia Pavel Ananikyan  passed away.
